This slim and small swatch book works perfectly for me. It is exactly as described, and the paper does not have any bleed through despite heavy ink swabbing. Plus, you can’t beat the price. Shipping was very fast. Thanks!

Lots of fun for fountain pen users. A small layout that gives just enough space for each swatch of ink. I am very happy with this little journal.

Just as listed. Paper is relatively thin, but smooth, takes ink well, and so far no bleed through. Haven't tried sheening, shimmer, or other special properties ink, so can't address the paper's response to such characteristics. Haven't yet tried an ink or nib known for heavy shading, but don't see much shading so far.
The A6 size I bought is a convenient size for quick reference, but I prefer a little more room for details. The notebook gives a block for a small swatch and lines for brand and color names. I think this would work well for basic reference or a "currently inked" notebook. The booklet is well made, sewn binding, and the white sheets seem to work well for fountain pen ink.
